Yesterday is fast gone

We said Happy New Year, welcome to 2023 just yesterday

It’s is 364th day today and tomorrow we will say again Happy New Year and welcome to 2024.

Can we say we made progress in 2023 that is fast winding down?

Do we have set out plans for the new year?

Or are we going to approach 2024 with no set goals?

My candid advice is that we approach 2024 with a picture in mind as 2024 is a plain canvas filled with opportunities that need to be captured and painted.

Gather the colours of your choice, pick the bushes you know will facilitate the portrait;

Start with a dot

Add lines

Don’t stop

Convert the mistakes into images

It may seem ugly at first

Be patient making haste slowly but steady

At last, the picture will reveal great perfection

Beauty will ooze out with consistency.

We will gather soon to say 2024 was indeed an adventure.

Keep hope and faith alive, you are not alone, you woke up by a miracle and the miracle worker is here to see you through.

Believe in you, there is a gift in you that makes room for great achievements deposited by He who woke you up.

Fear not, you are never alone even when it’s dark and rough

You will emerge refined.
