Tinaris Legal Clinic is dedicated to assisting the indigent under different project headings as part of our corporate social responsibility with the generous support and/or support of the general public, corporate bodies, and government agencies.
We started off with the project tagged: ACCESS TO JUSTICE AND FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN RIGHT OF INMATE IN CUSTODY AWAITING TRIAL in 2012, and we successfully handled 12 criminal cases, but as a result of a lack of financial support, the project suffered setbacks.
