Marriage Commitment

When most people say I do they least expect that the marriage union will ever face the rocks. To some the rocks starts as early as the night of their union grossly caused by lack of understanding.

Gradually the different phases in marriage begins to unfold they tend to forget the vow for better or Worse that is likened to the rose flower and its thorns. However, some of the phases could be life threatening especially where domestic violence is at play.

A very deadly stage in marriage is when a spouse falls into depression or emotional trauma. It takes a miracle to rescue such a person. Signs of depression starts from being unhappy to becoming very miserable.

A lot of married folks when out of their home tend to present their relationship as perfect. They fake it to make it presentable. Some put in serious effort to make it work and eventually, their rose fully blooms. But some no amount of make up covers the divide.

Those who made it work by overcoming their challenges are appreciated by all who sees it over  time so let’s learn to encourage couples when they are faced with trying times to patiently workout their differences. 

Asking them to pack their bags and quit most times is the resolve of many without putting the children of the union into consideration this is an error. The children never asked to be put in this situation so please before you pack that bag think of the future of your children.

Failure in marriage is failure in ministry and it is anti-God agenda. Through patience ands wisdom is a house built, let’s build our homes and marriages. It is the foundation of a standard and functional society.
